We believe in providing high quality products and experiences here at Mornin' Sizzle Coffee Roasters. If something is wrong with your order, we will do our best to fix it.
Please contact us with name on order, order number, photos, within 7 days of delivery per tracking number.
If you bought our products from another website or store, please contact that seller directly.
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your information (and any required return) to process store credit or ship a replacement. Delays may occur due to third-party processing (carrier issues, payment processor, etc.).
FOOD // COFFEE
Micro-batch roasted means it's real fresh, high quality, and ready for a good time. Because food products (including coffee beans) are perishable and consumable, returns are subject to acceptance.
We want your experience to be nothing short of great. If it's not - damaged in shipping, missing items, quality issue, wrong item - we want the chance to make it right.
First time ordering, and your first 12 oz bag of Bacon Coffee isn't your thing? No worries, we won't take it personal. We'll refund the purchase price minus shipping, back to your original payment method (the one exception to our store-credit-only policy below). Keep the bag, or regift it if you think someone else might enjoy it.

MERCH
Our merch is designed in-house & hand-finished in the USA, just like our coffee is roasted here. We all make mistakes - if you find your merch is defective, misprinted, damaged in shipping, or the wrong item, please contact us with name on order, order number, photos, within 7 days of delivery per tracking number.
The item returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
STORE CREDIT
With exception of the first purchase of a 12 oz bag of Bacon Coffee, we offer store credit or replacements only. We do not offer refund to original payment method.
Store credit will be sent to the email used for the order upon approval and cannot be transferred. Easily apply it by using the same email address during check-out, and you will be given the option to apply to your order in the payment section.
PROMOS
Everyone loves a good deal on a great product. Products purchased using a discount, during a promotion (including "trial", "try free", or similar terminology), or gifted are not eligible for returns or refunds.
That said, if there's a quality, freshness, or damage issue, refer to "FOOD // COFFEE" or "MERCH" - we still want to make it right.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
We offer the option to get Bacon Coffee delivered on repeat, but sometimes good things come to an end.
If you change your mind, cancel your subscription at least 7 calendar days before the next expected charge.
If there is an issue with your order, refer to "FOOD // COFFEE".
SHIPPING // RETURN FEES
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If there is a confirmed carrier failure (lost package, undeliverable, or carrier-caused damage), we may provide store credit for the shipping cost.
Approved merch returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
NON-REFUNDABLES
Gift cards are not refundable.
